Nissan Concludes Contest for Service Excellent Employees
In the presence of a delegation from Nissan Middle East, Saleh Hamad Al-Mana Company, the sole distributor for Nissan in Qatar, concluded the first and unique of its kind contest for service excellent employees. A number of participants from Nissan competed to offer best services and incentives to clients who were inciting the competitors to give more in excellent service.
At the end of what was a fierce race to win over customers’ pleasure and satisfaction, three employees topped the list of best service providers. Mr. C.S Shanavas won best service excellence award followed by Mr. Mohammad Tarek Fahmi who ranked second and Mr. Walid Akkache in third position.
Mr. Abdul Salam Nasser, director of the training department at Nissan Middle East, expressed his appreciation to the marketing skills of salespersons at Saleh Hamad Al-Mana Company. In his turn, Nissan Qatar’s General Manager Mr. Abdul Wahab Itani stressed the company’s concentration in investing in the development of its staff’s sales skills geared towards providing the best services to Nissan customers in Qatar.
