- Before requesting for a repair estimate at Nissan, please provide a copy of Police Report, Driver’s License, Registration Card and Insurance Policy.
- Estimator will evaluate the damage and prepare repair estimate. You will pay for the estimate cost.
- Submit all the documents to your insurance company.
- Your insurance company will inspect your damaged vehicle and negotiate to Nissan.
- Nissan can only start repairing your vehicle after receiving the LPO from your insurance provider.
Your insurance company may suggest bringing your damaged vehicle to any “preferred” garages, but you should always have the final say in who fixes your vehicle.
